As summer ends...

As summer ends, I have been looking back to see what we have been doing...mostly just staying close to home, exploring the world around us and enjoying each other and having lots of fun! Here are some of the pictures of summer.

Sean couldn't wait to get into his pool so he stood there for the entire time holding the hose as it filled his pool.

More water activities with a bump and jump slip and slide.

Nothing says summer like a $1 cone from McDonalds!

Just a little goofy fun!

Sean loves to roll up like a burrito in my workout mat.

Sean driving Grandma and Grandpa's new jeep - he didn't care that it was pink and he spent more of his time adjusting the radio dials than paying attention to the road!

Sean got to meet Smokey the Bear at the Library this summer.

All you need is a table, chairs, books and a friend (his green rabbit) and you can build a car - complete with front and back seats and wheels - although I don't know that you will get far with square wheels!

Sean loves hiking - here he is with my friend Becky and her girls as we went hiking at McInnis Canyon in Fruita.

Sean loves to build so we take him to the free Kids workshops at Home Depot and Lowes.

He finally gets to use a hammer! - Is he concentrating really hard to hit the nail, or just getting out some aggression!!???
