McGyver or Houdini???

Ever since Sean started to move, we have had to childproof everything and lock doors, put up gates, etc. But also from that point, Sean has tried to figure out our locks and gates and childproofing and he has pretty much succeeded in getting through all of our childproofing methods.

When we moved him from a crib to a toddler bed, he would not stay in bed, so we had to start locking him into his room. We switched the lock so we could lock it from the outside. He has watched us for a long time with these door locks and understands that we have to put something in the small hole to get it to open.

Well, one day, when he was locked in his room for nap and he should have been sleeping, he was trying to figure out how to get that door unlocked. This is what he came up with....



So he is McGyver or Houdini - or a little of both???!!!
