Does anyone fine this a little creepy?

I was going through some of my recent pictures and I have found many that weren't great.  I was about to delete this picture when I noticed something odd about it.  Can anyone else see it? Look very closely.

Still don't see it?  Look at his eyes. They are closed in this picture, but can he see through his eyelids?
